一、課程背景：
《NLP（高級）教練式管理》又名《超越教練模式》或《超越管理思想》
一般性管理思想或方法有兩種類型：
1、總結一套指導性理念，給予說明或介紹，讓管理者自己探索方式
2、在問題的層面分析問題并指出解決方案或模型
《NLP（高級）教練式管理》的思想與模式，是直接切入管理的核心：“人”從人的“觀——念——意圖——行動”模式中，找出管理規律，建立更為適合企業的管理模式與管理文化，更為重要是讓高級管理人員對察、識用人有一套完整的分析與識別方法NLP（高級）教練式管理，是當今最為前沿與實效的訓練課程，課程體系與內容設計完全超越了一般教練型領導管理與常見的工商管理模式。課程從命命符號、價值邏輯層、信念系統、人生平衡輪、智慧決策模式、強力問題模式、動力窗口模式等方向，3600 的全面認識管理模式與人的運行模式。本課程不是一般的教練技術或教練型領導課程，更不是聽著有感覺，實踐無知覺的課程，而是一門永續掌握與使用的課程。
