1. 課程緣起 ——探索教育體驗(yàn)式學(xué)習(xí) /The Background of PA Education
自1971年以來,PA「體驗(yàn)探索式學(xué)習(xí)」為世界眾多知名大企業(yè)所采用,效果顯著。體驗(yàn)探索式學(xué)習(xí)以輕松有趣的活動(dòng)為主軸展開訓(xùn)練,藉由精心設(shè)計(jì)的活動(dòng)讓個(gè)人與團(tuán)隊(duì)透過共同的經(jīng)歷與彼此分享,去發(fā)現(xiàn)以往的未知部分(如問題或優(yōu)點(diǎn)),進(jìn)而,讓人愿意地為團(tuán)隊(duì)、為自己做適度的改變或調(diào)整。無數(shù)實(shí)踐證明,體驗(yàn)探索式學(xué)習(xí)的效果顯著且持久。
Since 1971, Project Adventure (PA) has been adopted by more and more various organizations, especially big corporate in the world with obvious effects. PA education employs interesting and relaxing experiential activities as the main clue of the training, with delicate course design which enable the individual and team to share the experiences and then to explore the unknown areas (advantage and disadvantages) thus to push the individuals to adjust even change for the own and team’s better performance. It’s been proved that experiential education works much obvious and longer in the cognitive and behavioral effect than the traditional training interventions.

6.課程內(nèi)容/what will you learn? 一、消除慣性思維,提倡勇于實(shí)踐的“破冰活動(dòng)” 利用趣味性與親和力兼具的暖身活動(dòng)及游戲,讓學(xué)員逐漸進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。 1、建立[體驗(yàn)探索型]團(tuán)隊(duì)基礎(chǔ) 2、體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)理論分析 3、學(xué)習(xí)型團(tuán)隊(duì)技能建立
二、破除人際藩籬的活動(dòng) 讓學(xué)員能夠發(fā)揮勇于嘗試及創(chuàng)新的人格特質(zhì):學(xué)習(xí)凝聚、合作及相互扶持的技巧 1、打破人際藩籬 2、建立初期團(tuán)隊(duì) 3、破除本位主義、養(yǎng)成換位思考習(xí)慣
三、溝通活動(dòng) 學(xué)習(xí)正確的溝通態(tài)度、溝通的背景、不同層級(jí)的溝通原則、 團(tuán)隊(duì)共同語言的建立 1、溝通的建立 2、了解彼此認(rèn)知差異 3、建立群我差異
